Wedding at St. Peter’s Basilica & Forest City National Golf Club

IN LONDON, ONTARIO

Arthur & Kristina first met during teacher's college at a party, and as soon as they began talking Kristina knew this was the start of something special. They bonded over being teachers, their mutual love of ancient history, and CATS. Their first date was at Kristina's parents' house (very romantic), and although Arthur was a vegetarian and her family were pig farmers, that didn't stop their friendship from growing into something more. One thing Arthur loves about Kristina is her infectious energy and her bright smile (something I wanted to bring to light throughout their film). And Kristina knows that even though Arthur comes across as a calm and easy-going guy, she knows he's just as fun and energetic as she is. They truly are a perfect match. RIGHT?!

When Arthur & Kristina first met with me, we talked about how they wanted their wedding to be a reflection of their two families & different cultures coming together. They planned a catholic ceremony at St Peter's Basilica involving hymns (the orchestral music I chose for their film is one of the melodies they sang during the ceremony) and a mindful message from their priest, which was followed by Arthur's parents hosting a Chinese tea ceremony which involved each set of parents & grandparents giving gifts to the happy couple, and serving tea as a sign of their families joining together.

I loved how this story came together onscreen and I couldn't have been more happier to be part of their wedding and document the first day of their forever. After delivering their film a few weeks ago, I received this touching message from Kristina:

Their Story

I just wanted to let you know that we have been watching our wedding film every single day (sometimes more than a few times!!) since you gave it to us. We love it so much and I can’t thank you enough for how perfectly you captured our love story! I will cherish this video for the rest of my life!
